Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are applied per order. If you order more than one product per purchase, you will only pay for shipping once.

Orders will be processed after payment confirmation and stock availability verification. Orders paid on Friday after 2pm (Lisbon time) will be processed on the following business day. If any of the items ordered are unavailable or if we require additional information, Karmel will contact you via the email provided when registering. Therefore, it is always important to keep your registration updated.

To Portugal

Shipping costs to Portugal are free.

Delivery is carried out by DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) between 9am and 7pm on business days and the shipping deadline does not include weekends or holidays.

The deadline is 1-3 business days* from the date of confirmation of payment and if the part(s) are available.

*The deadlines mentioned do not apply to the Azores and Madeira.
 
EU countries

Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout, depending on the country chosen for delivery.

Orders will be delivered by CTT - Correios de Portugal SA within 3-5 working days from the date of payment confirmation and if the item(s) are available.
 
Countries outside the EU

Shipping costs outside Portugal are calculated at checkout, depending on the country chosen for delivery.

Orders will be delivered by CTT - Correios de Portugal SA within 5-10 working days from the date of confirmation of payment and if the item(s) are available.

International orders may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged in the destination country (Import Taxes). Karmel does not control these costs, nor is it able to make an estimate.


Attention: To receive the order, you must ensure that someone is at the address. Karmel does not offer a scheduling or appointment service, meaning delivery of the order will be made without prior contact from carriers to countries outside the EU. With the exception of Portugal, where the customer will have advance notice, via SMS, specifying the delivery time.
 
During sales/promotions/Christmas/out of stock seasons, we do not guarantee these deadlines, and there may be delays.
